Sine is an engineering and design consultancy focussed on sustainability and innovation in engineering design. We provide a consultancy service in the fields of mechanical, electrical and public health services engineering design to clients across the full project life cycle. Our services range from the provision of technical advice, project planning and detail design to construction supervision and project management. We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment with a pro-active attitude and a determination to build upon our reputation for reliability and integrity. We are a welcoming team, and our success can almost certainly be attributed to the passion and close involvement of our directors and senior management team in every project. We have the experience and capacity to handle the largest requirements, however, our focus is not on the size of the projects we take on, but the quality of what we can provide within each new task. We enjoy doing what we do and we take pride in maintaining our exceptional service levels.

Work to transform Redcar Central Station has OFFICIALLY KICKED OFF ✅ As well as the tens of millions of pounds we’ve put in to major redevelopment work at Darlington and Middlesbrough, we’re transforming stations right across our region 🚂 This includes Redcar, where we’ve committed millions to create a station that's fit for the future. This vital work will restore Redcar station to its former glory while providing new, modern spaces for our brilliant leisure and hospitality businesses Upgrading our stations also mean more capacity, better services and much-needed redevelopment in our town centres 👊

Check out the completion imagery from the third floor of Dunedin House, where Esh’s refurbishment division is onsite delivering a new modern headquarters for Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council 👀 The building has been fully stripped out with bespoke mechanical and electrical works undertaken. Along with complete redecoration, new ceilings, toilets and kitchen facilities have been installed as well as specially designed office and collaborative learning spaces. Wow, what a night! Our managing director Mark Arundale attended the BCO awards with the rest of the Boho X team, and we are so proud that the project picked up the innovation award! ***MAYOR OF STOCKTON-ON-TEES MARKS START OF BOLD NEW EXTENSION AT PRESTON PARK*** 📢 Work has officially started on a new, modern extension to Preston Park Museum which will create a space for nationally significant touring exhibitions and loans. 🚧 The Civic Mayor of Stockton-on-Tees unveiled a plaque to commemorate construction work beginning on the 500msq building before putting the first spade in the ground. 🏛️ The new building will provide a space to showcase more of the museum's fantastic collections and will transform Preston Park Museum and Grounds into an innovative and inspiring visitor destination. ⬇️ Read more: Galliford Try
