Introducing the refurbishment of Derby Bus Station a #PropertyServices project. The works completed will improve the station for both the users and it's staff with new CCTV and facial recognition helping to keep the public safe. This project included challenges in the form of logistics with work taking place primarily at night to avoid disruption to the live environment, allowing the station to remain operational and then completing noisy activities at night to not disturb the hotels above. The finished project was completed to a high standard, to the clients brief and minimal disruption to the bus station. Earlier this year #PropertyServices completed on the refurbishment of the Staffordshire Police Training Centre. The upgrade of the facility means it now meets requirements for training standards for all police officers. This enhanced training course will help to keep officers safe while improving their level of service in the communities they work in.
