Provider of technology tools to B2B business to order, track, manage any out of ordinary stock deliveries. Use our tools to manage sample ordering for food manufacturing, perfume, pharmaceuticals and other new product development industries. We designed and built our app to improve time lost during the ordering process and to help order and receive samples fast, easy and hassle free. We also work to make sure samples are being found at your enterprise by providing custom bright tapes to order and use, notifications build to ensure we are all up to date, in real time, we can talk about the material and continue to talk when the sample is handed over to another department, aiding communication between both the sender and the customer. We are passionate about sample ordering.

Compliment their fabulous service... and gently remind them about that urgent sample. ✉️ 5. **Verify Incoming Samples:** - Check that everything matches the order.     Imagine this scenario: A packaging buyer at a leading food manufacturer, let's call him....... John, needs to source special cardboard boxes 📦 for a trial run of a new mustard sachet product. John 👨💼 diligently orders the 20 required boxes via email from a packaging supplier and informs his senior technologist, Sarah 🙍♀️ about the delivery. Fast forward a week, the boxes arrive at the factory. However, Sarah, swamped with her responsibilities, forgets 🤷♀️ to pass this critical information to the technologist, Mark 🙎♂️ , who is assigned to run the factory trial. Unaware of the specific boxes, Mark uses the standard packaging available in the factory. The trial proceeds smoothly, and the product is packed and shipped to the customer for approval. But then, disaster strikes 👤 . The customer receives the shipment, but the outer case is not the custom box that was specified. It’s a random, standard box.
