    It's now been 1 month since we moved to Rubixx, our new Housing Management System, and the benefits for both colleagues and customers are game-changing! There's no more waiting around for slow computer systems! Creating a tenancy now takes just 2 minutes in Rubixx, slashing the process time by up to 85%! Our customer service team can now instantly access our customer information, all in one place, as soon as they call us. Rubixx even calculates customer balances, making it a breeze for our rents team to track. Thanks to Rubixx, our colleagues can easily schedule tasks weeks or months in advance, perfect for our neighbourhoods team and inspectors. Plus, mutual exchanges are lightning-fast, even for complex swaps. But it's not only our colleagues who are reaping the benefits, customers can now communicate with us directly through our new customer portal, allowing them to make tenancy updates, make requests and enquiries through the click of a button, and store their documents and records all in one place. We're thrilled that over 2200 customers have already signed up to this new customer portal, which is a testament to its effectiveness and ease of use for our customers!
