The ideal candidate will have some previous events experience and would relish the chance to work on a variety of events including external hires. An example of some of the types of events you may provide support for are: fundraising events (including galas), launch events, conferences, theatre performances (including The Margot Fonteyn International Ballet Competition), graduation events, community and member-focused events and meetings, and external hire events. Step into Dance are recruiting for a Creative Programme Producer! This exciting new role will focus on developing and implementing a new offering for the Step into Dance programme in the form of a short dance taster programme, suitable for young people aged 11-18 with little-to-no dance experience! This programme will be delivered in secondary schools and youth clubs across London and Essex as part of our mission to widen participation in the wider Step into Dance programme. Last week we welcomed our Certificate in Dance Teaching (Ballet) students to RAD London to complete their onsite Intensive Study Period as part of their studies. These are some of the 350 students currently attending thirty different intensive study periods taking place in the UK, Australia, Brazil, Canada, USA, China, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Mexico and Spain. These intensive 5-day study periods, offer our distance learning students from around the world, the opportunity to work face-to face with RAD tutors, musicians and fellow students and are a real highlight of the student experience.
