This month, we met students at the CyberFirst MEGA Event at Old Trafford and challenged them to take on our Robot L'artiste and safe hacking activities. The event hosted 300 students from 30 schools, and the Robot L’artiste activity was particularly popular as participants were able to programme microbit bots to create works of art! 🌎Global challenges demand global solutions and collaboration is key! The AUKUS Electronic Warfare (EW) Challenge has united the brightest minds from the UK, USA, and Australia. The competition that ran earlier this year sought low cost, disposable, high volume and highly autonomous electromagnetic technology to detect enemy actions or protect against them. Four UK organisations: Amiosec, University of Liverpool, Roke and Autonomous Devices have received EW research funding through the DASA run challenge.
