Response is the UK's leading online resourcing partner. Our innovative, multi-channelled online recruitment approach was launched in 2003 when we learned that companies were questioning the value-for-money received by traditional recruitment agencies. So we designed a solution which allowed our clients to tap into the online talent pool whilst saving a significant amount of time and money (over £20m since 2003). Our approach is incredibly simple: We create unrivalled advert copy for your vacancies, ensuring that they will be seen by the best active and passive job seekers on the market, before managing and filtering the response down to a manageable number for you. With access to over 500 of the UK’s leading job boards we broadcast your vacancies in all the places you’d expect to find your perfect hire. We also access CV databases and engage social media channels to make passive candidates aware of your vacancy. We access the same places – and many more – that any recruitment consultancy will access, however our service costs a fraction of theirs. A simple campaign of no more than £700 that stays the same regardless of salary or how many recruits you employ off the back of a campaign. We manage the entire process for you, from writing your vacancy copy, broadcasting your advert and acknowledging every applicant, right through to manually selecting the best people for your role and rejecting any unsuitable candidates.

"Companies say that AI is fairer and impervious to human bias but at some firms the AI screener is trained on CVs of employees already in the building, which can perpetuate prejudice. Others are heavily weighted towards marginalised groups and potential employees are rarely told the criteria against which they are being judged. A human connection is crucial in most workplaces, but these firms are recruiting young people who have learnt corporate buzzwords and are fluent at talking to a screen."
