Through this recent appointment, we will be managing a selection of 277 private sale apartments and a wide range of amenities.   With its ambitious vision to create a new park town for London, Brent Cross Town has placed community, wellbeing and sustainability at the heart of its design. This year, the theme for World Mental Health Day is workplace mental health. At Rendall & Rittner, we understand the importance of caring for the wellbeing of our people all year around and wanted to share three things we do to support mental health in our workplaces: ☕ Today, we are hosting a Tea & Talk session for our people. This will provide an opportunity for our teams to get together and talk about mental health, whilst also raising funds to support the work of the Mental Health Foundation. 📖 We have created a series of guides for our people centred around anxiety, depression and mental health in workplace. These act as a starting point for those keen to find out more about mental health, either to support their own wellbeing or that of those around them. 👪 We offer Telus Health services to all Rendall & Rittner employees and their family members. We are proud to have been appointed by Westminster City Council to manage the first phase of homes being delivered at the Ebury Bridge estate in Knightsbridge and Belgravia.   Comprising 226 homes in the first phase, alongside a business hub, concierge service, and reimagined public realm, Ebury Bridge has been developed in collaboration with the existing Ebury Bridge community with a focus on sustainability.   We are delighted to be strengthening our relationship with Westminster City Council at Ebury Bridge and look forward to welcoming the first residents.   Read more via Building Design & Construction - BDC below.
