(And maybe one more coffee, just in case.) 7:55 AM - Hit the road, navigating traffic like it’s an obstacle course. 8:00 AM - Arrive, meet the team, and dive into prepping ingredients for the day. (Time to show off how many onions you can chop in 15 mins.) 9:00 AM - Orders start coming in. Time to get your groove on. 2:00 PM - Lunch Break: Time to refuel and recharge. (We’re just like athletes, only tastier.) 4:00 PM - Get ready for the evening service by prepping sauces and ingredients. (The secret ingredient is always butter. Or is it love?) 5:00 PM - The dinner rush begins.
