Exciting News! We are pleased to announce that two of our upcoming projects, Devonshire Place and Orchard Wharf, have been shortlisted as finalists for the prestigious @NLA Awards 2024. Collaborating with Howells, Orchard Wharf aims to establish a sustainable, dynamic, and diverse community in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This development includes 208 new affordable residences, a ground-level café, a community hub, 7,400㎡ of green space, and purpose-built student accommodation providing 1,365 beds. This project will also serve as a freight logistics centre, reconnecting the area with its historical ties to the Thames. Designed by JTP LLP and Turkington Martin, Devonshire Place, in partnership with Shaw Corporation will deliver 200 new affordable homes along with 941 premium student beds in the London Borough of Southwark. The development will feature amenities such as a gym, café, community hub, communal lounges, and green spaces. After nearly three years of consultation, we are excited to launch our proposals for North Finchley town centre masterplan. Our plans include 1,100 new homes across four plots within the town centre, which will go a long way to easing housing demand across the borough and will significantly contribute to the Council’s housing delivery targets. In addition to the masterplan, we are also delighted to share our proposals for Lodge Lane. This will be the earliest site to be brought forward, including 98 new homes, cinema, bowling and restaurant space and a new public square. The proposals have been the subject of extensive feedback from a range of stakeholders including the community and Barnet Council. For more information click the link in the comments.

We are delighted to announce that Lord Richard Harrington has been appointed to the Regal Board as Non-Executive Chair to assist with the next phase of our growth strategy.      Lord Harrington has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having run a development business for many years across residential, commercial and hotel sectors before entering politics. Most recently, Lord Harrington led The Harrington Review of Foreign Direct Investment published in November 2023, making wide recommendations to reorganise government with the intention of attracting more foreign investment into the UK. Announcing our newest JV with a partner of old! We are delighted to announce our sixth deal with Cheyne Capital as we enter into a joint venture to finance our purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development comprising 998 beds on High Road, Wembley. The project targets BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC rating of A and will seek to be amongst the first PBSA projects in the UK to be WELL Platinum Certified. Planning permission was granted for the first building at the end of 2022, and the second at the end of 2023. Construction is expected to begin later in 2024 and is due to be completed in time to welcome the first residents at the start of the academic year 2027/28. We’ve reached the top!   We are delighted to have shared our topping out ceremony at Fulton & Fifth with Brent Council and Council Leader Muhammed Butt, alongside our partners on the project LaSalle Investment Management and Cheyne Capital.   294 of the apartments will be affordable new homes for local households, all on the council’s housing waiting list, and we’re proud to be playing our part in this next phase of Wembley’s growth.   With our in house construction division, we are building at pace to build 876 homes in total using innovative offsite methods to ensure the faster delivery of a greener project. As we approach the graduation of our 250th learner, we shine a light on Regal Academies and our commitment to supporting the armed forces through our work with Building Heroes. Our military graduates bring invaluable skills such as resilience, determination, and teamwork—qualities that are highly sought after in the construction industry.
