🚨 In 50 milliseconds, users decide whether to stay on your website or leave. With Q4 fast approaching, if there’s one thing we would recommend looking into as soon as possible is how well optimised your website is for conversions! Ultimately, marketing efforts have one goal - to generate revenue and profit! If that revenue is coming primarily from your website, then ensuring your website is fully optimised should be on top of your priority list 📝. We’ve listed below some key quick wins to help you ensure success! ✅ Make sure your website is easy to navigate with a clean, intuitive layout and clear call-to-actions. ✅ Reduce friction with simplified users journeys from easy checkout processes and form submissions. ✅ Understand the language of your target audience and ensure your website speaks directly to them. ✅ Optimise for mobile users 📱 Especially important for ecommerce businesses as over 60% of the sales are likely to come from mobile. ✅ Establish trust early on with your target audience by including reviews of your product or service on the website. ⚠️ Users spend only 5.59 seconds looking at a website’s written content, make it concise and engaging! ❌ Avoid last minute changes on the website that have never been tested before. Allow yourself enough time to run A/B tests before peak to understand what resonates with your audience. 👉 Would you like to find out more how to ensure your website is ready for peak season? Here’s how our digital PR team earned links in Australia 🐨 👇 We aimed to find the most beautiful town by leveraging the visual appeal of Instagram and Pinterest. To do this, we conducted a social media analysis that included: 📄 First, we created a seed list of the 30 most popular towns and villages in Australia. 📱 Next, we obtained total Instagram hashtag counts for each of the 40 towns/villages in our sample. Where appropriate, variations of each hashtag were also considered for a more accurate result. 📌 We then scraped Pinterest to find the number of pins related to each town or village. Specific search parameters were used to ensure the relevancy of pins. 🏘 Pinterest and Instagram figures were combined to create an overall popularity ranking, allowing us to create multiple angles with the data! This campaign resonated with travel enthusiasts, regional communities, and national publications, sparking widespread engagement. 📰 Some coverage highlights so far: Timeout Sydney (DR 90) Timeout Melbourne (DR 90) Timeout Tasmania (DR 90) Travel Nine (DR 81) Travel Weekly (DR 67)

We're less than 12 weeks away from Black Friday 🎉🥳 And this means that your Paid Media activity will need to be up and ready to go veryyy soon! ⏳ 🚨 Design is a critical component of any marketing effort, especially in the fast-paced digital space. With feeds saturated with creative assets competing for attention, it's crucial that your content stands out and effectively captures your audience's interest. 🎯 👉 We’ve put together some key steps to ensure your creative assets are ready to perform: ✅ Analyse best performing assets from previous years. You most likely won't need to reinvent the wheel. Look at what worked well last year and see if you can identify a pattern within those assets. Were they all the same colour? Was the volume of text similar across the best performing creatives? ✅ Look at trends for this year. What's hot at the moment? What are your competitors doing? What are the big names in the industry using in their designs? ✅ Make sure you've got variety. It's always good to have multiple versions when it comes to creative assets — option A, B, C, or even D! You want to be quick to make changes during peak if the data indicates creatives aren't resonating with the target audience. ✅ Leverage organic channels. Look at what's performing well in your organic channels and consider testing some creative assets in these channels ahead of your paid media activity launch. ✅ Start testing early! The sooner you start testing the creative assets the better. Early testing allows you to gather important insights and refine your strategy ahead of time. 👉 Would you like to know how we can support your business or in-house team to get ready for the festive season? The kick off of the new Premier League season inspired our digital PR team to uncover some interesting findings in their new campaign: The most expensive football injuries ⚽ Our data team worked hard to gather all injury data for Europe’s five major football leagues (La Liga, Ligue 1, Premier League, Bundesliga and Serie A), in order to reveal the most expensive injuries in football. Can you guess who the player with the most expensive injury is? 👀 The analysis included: 📊 Injury Data Injury data for La Liga, Ligue 1, Premier League, Bundesliga, and Serie A from the seasons 21/22 - 23/24 extracted from Transfermarket. 💵 Wage Data Annual wage data sourced from Capology for each player. 🔢 Cost Calculation Each injury was paired with the estimated wage for the corresponding season to ensure the accuracy of cost calculations (Daily Wage × Days Injured = Injury Cost), accounting for changes in player value over time. 📰 Some coverage highlights: GOAL [DR 84] SPOX [DR 72] Sport.de [DR 70] Blick.ch [DR 82] Capital.fr [DR 84]

🚀 At Reboot, we're all about pushing the boundaries of creativity - especially when it comes to data collection for our campaigns! Ever wondered where the best place in Italy is to spot a shooting star? 🌌✨ We did too, so we took a deep dive into the data, and here's how we did it: 🔍 Stargazing 101: The key to spotting a shooting star is a clear, dark sky. To pinpoint the perfect spot, we combined several cutting-edge data sources: 1️⃣ Artificial Brightness: We started by analysing measurements from the World Atlas study to calculate the Sky Quality Meter (SQM)—a metric that gauges the darkness of the night sky. 🌒 2️⃣ Cloud Coverage: Next, we tapped into three years' worth of cloud coverage data from Copernicus’ Climate Data Store, identifying regions with the least night time cloud coverage. ☁️ 3️⃣ Spatial Precision: Finally, we used advanced spatial joining techniques to align this data with the exact regional and city boundaries of Italy from GADM. The result? We've mapped out the best places in Italy for spotting a shooting star! 🌠 P.S… It’s in beautiful Treviso by the way 😉 At Reboot, we don't just collect data - we elevate it to new heights. 🚀 #DataScience #DigitalPR #Stargazing #Reboot
