Day 2 of the #ALMSUMMIT in Mannheim and more #SAPCloudALM GenAI features announced (and demo’d), this time in the area of Operations. Using Joule integration, users will be able to ask for assistance in further analysing / investigating alerts in the various operations monitoring use cases, returning relevant information from SAP Help sources, in the context of the alert raised. Useful for those more uncommon events / alerts, which might otherwise have required manually searching for the information.
