Had a great night at the Scottish Green Energy Supply Chain Awards last night #SGESCA24. Organised by Scottish Renewables the awards highlight the innovation, commitment and leadership within Scotland's renewable energy supply chain. Unfortunately it wasn’t a win for Quoceant Ltd on the night but an honour to have been on the shortlist. Congratulations to all the winners. A big thank you to OW Ocean Winds UK for inviting me to join them on their table and being such great company.

SynchroStor are one of our clients working in energy storage. Energy storage will play an important part of moving away from fossil fuels. Find out more about their technology below 👇
Transitioning from fossil fuels for industrial heat isn’t just about swapping out technology - it requires a holistic systems approach. By integrating heat pumps with waste heat recovery and thermal storage into existing infrastructure, significant savings in both operating and capital costs can be achieved. At SynchroStor, we’re pioneering a new class of compressor-expander technology. Our innovations enable a single machine which can adapt to varying heat and cold demand. By overcoming the limitations of traditional reciprocating compressors and fixed-speed turbomachinery, we simplify heat decarbonization with one versatile machine capable of heating and cooling process gases, alongside energy storage and recovery. Want to learn more? We’ll be diving deeper into our system in the coming weeks, so follow us on LinkedIn for updates or visit our website for more information. #HeatPumps #EnergyStorage #Decarbonization #NetZero #Innovation Department for Energy Security and Net Zero
