🌟 A Huge Thank You to South East Digital Skills Development Network 🌟 I recently had the opportunity to participate in the Project Phoenix Business Game, an incredible program designed to simulate the challenges of managing a real-world project. PMQ Exam Change Morning all. The Association for Project Management have changed the Project Management Qualification. The syllabus and exam format are quite different from the previous format. Quanta Training have put together a course to help people translate from the old to the new version of the course. It is not instructor lead - rather distance learning with reading and podcasts. The eagle eyed amongst you may recognise this set up from our 2018 Agile Scrum Training Video on YouTube. Since 2018, Scrum has evolved significantly. The 2020 update to the Scrum Guide, for instance, introduced a more streamlined and simplified framework, emphasising the importance of a Product Goal and reducing prescriptive elements.
