I had the the incredible opportunity to get involved with Vitality Blast at the weekend, with PureGym being the official fitness partner for Vitality at the event! 🏏💥 The fans smashed our challenge to see how far you can row in 100 seconds, with the best distance being an impressive 594m! Eddy, the oldest PT at PureGym, ATE and left no crumbs 🫡 We teamed up with fitness influencer, Matthew Bridgeman, to produce this absolute slay with Eddy, whose impressive CV includes the following: 🏴 Representing England in the 1962 Commonwealth Games. 💪 British Natural Bodybuilding Champion TWICE at 58 and 68. 🥋 Over 50 years studying Chinese Martial Arts and has trained with Shaolin Warrior Monks in China. 🏋️♂️ Being an icon at 79 years old as the oldest PT at PureGym. It’s giving main character energy ✨

Great to see our PureGymers making the most of our summer working hours this year!
I’ve been at PureGym now for just over three months and can’t believe how fast that time has gone. There are so many things I’m enjoying about PureGym – one being the summer working hours where we’ve been able to start our weekends early during July and August with a 3pm finish on Fridays! So helpful for prioritising work life balance and also for the Eras Tour… which is how I spent one of my early finish Fridays! It’s also meant I could jump on an earlier train home one weekend and enjoy the summer evenings ☺️

Last week we held our annual GM Conference and what a day it was! We loved having everyone together in one room and being able to celebrate all the brilliant work our gym teams do to deliver such outstanding service to our members. We also heard from leaders across the business on our plans for the rest of the year and how we’re continuing to create positive change for our members and our communities by helping more people in more places live healthier lives.
