  • Did you catch our feature on Las Vegas's Sphere in issue 4.4 of Premier Hospitality International? There are few event venues around the world that are an attraction in their own right, but Las Vegas’s Sphere is a feat of engineering audacity from Populous that is deserving of its already revered reputation across the globe. From the moment a passer-by lays eyes on Sphere, there is no mistaking why its design and construction garners such wonder. With a 580,000-square-foot exosphere comprised of fully programmable LEDs, Sphere electrifies the skyline with light, animation, and personality like no other structure on the planet. With a 256M colour display, Sphere can become a vessel for branding, event promotion, or visual illusions, casting a magical spell over Paradise, Nevada and the Las Vegas strip thanks to its 366-foot stature – making it the largest spherical structure in the world.
