PiEEG - just one board, but so long way (dozens of prototypes, and every time the desire to change something), to finally achieve a really good quality and opportunity to easily use it. Today PiEEG has become more than just hardware we are working on a wearable device that soon will be available in the market, a mobile SDK for EEG, software for PiEEG, a platform to easily learn bioscience, and a course for signal processing and EEG. Hello everyone! I hope you had a wonderful and refreshing long weekend! 🫶 It’s a great week to scale up. Today I started the tedious effort of building our existing prototypes into a fresh, clean, platform that we can build on. I spun up the needed cloud infrastructure, cleaved away the relevant platform code from our prototypes, and created an agent that runs on PiEEG devices directly to interface with the MindGarden cloud platform. This of course meant adding support for remote devices as well. 💪 This week I want to move all of my existing code, which has been running locally for the most part, to the cloud. This includes porting local databases to MongoDB, ensuring that functionality to enroll brainwaves is intact, and testing end to end model training/validation functions. Essentially getting back to functional parity but completely removing reliance on local infrastructure. 😎 Wishing you all a fantastic week! Remember to give yourself love and acceptance as you go. Great news friends, in pieeg shop (https://lnkd.in/dAdr84bH) available low-cost 16 channels EEG cap (all in one) – Cap is nylon (L size); – 16 Dry electrodes are Ag/AgCl with 16 cables and connectors for PiEEG device (2.54mm pin pitch); – 2 ear clip electrodes (2.54mm pin pitch) that can be easily bought on our partner Elecrow platform Electrode location: Fp1, Fp2, F7, F3, F4, F8, T3, C3, C4, T4. T5, P3, P4, T6, O1, O2 This Cap EEG kit 16 channels accompanied by 16 cables and connectors, featuring a 2.54mm pin pitch. Additionally, the kit includes two ear clip electrodes, also with a 2.54mm pin pitch. This configuration is aimed at facilitating reliable and efficient EEG measurements by utilizing dry electrodes, which eliminate the need for conductive gels, thus simplifying the setup and application process. In my little workshop, at night, kids are sleeping, music and hardware it is my hobby and fortunately work, such an evening for me is better than watching a movie before sleep.
