· Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance brand presence across various platforms, including social media and content marketing;
· Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms;
· Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, with the use of the data science, to inform data-driven decision-making and optimise digital strategies;
· Oversee the production of diverse content types for use in social media and content marketing;
· Proactively track and analyse industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media advancements to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing;
· Lead a social media team, fostering a collaborative and fast-paced working environment, while coordinating with other teams (such as product development, design, content, data science, PR and sales).
