Last month, we welcomed Army Warfighting Experiment (AWE) representatives from the British Army to Armstrong Works to demonstrate RCV-Pioneer's effectiveness in urban environments. The RCV-Pioneer Urban Obstacle Clearance Mission Payload is designed to provide RCVs with route opening and obstacle reduction capabilities, featuring a multi-purpose V-shaped blade and a manipulator arm capable of both robust and precision tasks. Threat-Sense | Proven for integration with UAVs among NATO allies at the Suffield Research Centre in Canada Threat-Sense contributes towards enhanced situational awareness for Armed Forces. It provides operators of any military vehicle or UAV with the ability to detect and positively identify surface laid mines, even in adverse environmental conditions. When using Threat-Sense with a UAV, the operator can control the unit from up to 5km away, greatly reducing the risk to life by increasing stand-off from threats.
