"Law firm marketing does not convey their expertise well, say bosses" Our latest research, featured by Legal Futures, uncovers a significant disconnect in how law firms perceive their marketing efforts. While 38% of CMOs believe their firm’s marketing accurately reflects their expertise, only 18% of managing partners agree. Even more striking is the gap in confidence about market understanding - 40% of CMOs think the firm’s full expertise is recognized, but only 20% of managing partners share that view.
