A special shout-out to our Regional Manager, Sulli Gardner who represented Paramount and achieved an outstanding time of 1:21, shaving an impressive four minutes off his previous record. The event featured running, swimming, and cycling, along with a fancy dress competition, allowing participants of all abilities from the property industry to enjoy sports, networking, and making new connections. 📣 CASE STUDY: 200 BERKSHIRE PLACE, READING 📣 An extensive upgrade inside and out featuring a café-style lobby and ready-to-go workspace. Set within Reading’s Winnersh Triangle, 200 Berkshire Place is a 64,000 sq ft multi-tenanted building. The scope included works to the outside of the building, including the top floor roof terrace, front and back entrances, building cladding, and landscaping. Inside the building, we were responsible for delivering a CAT A+ design and fit out to part of the ground floor. The goal was to rejuvenate the building and create high-quality Grade A offices, and this stunning refurbishment has successfully achieved just that at 200 Berkshire Place. 💪PARAMOUNT EMPOWERS TEENAGE GIRLS THROUGH INSPIRATIONAL FEMALE-LED TALKS💪 As part of our ongoing collaboration with Bristol Bears Community Foundation, we recently hosted an inspiring event at our Bristol HQ in support of the 'Bear in Mind' campaign. The students were split into two small groups to encourage open communication, with our own successful females delivering talks on neurodiversity, dyslexia, self-confidence, careers advice, body image, and social media, With thanks to Helen Bartlett, Bethan Hellings, Adele John, and Sophie Clouter. Scott Flannigan, Secondary Education Manager at BBCF commented: “The trip to the Paramount office for our Chew Valley ‘Bear in Mind’ group was an amazing experience for the girls involved. From the tour of the incredible office to sitting down with the successful women who make up the Paramount team, our girls had an experience that showed them they can break down barriers and achieve whatever they set their minds to. The team were nothing short of inspirational, through their kindness and professionalism, they even got our quietest student to participate in open group discussions. The chocolate and biscuits were well-received too!
