We do it for you. A message we’ve been using to talk about how, as a Merchant of Record, we manage your payments, taxes, subscriptions, and more. And “do it for you” doesn’t mean we just give you the tools to do it. We do it. → Take care of the currency conversion. → Fight the chargeback. → Pay the taxes. The model gives you the option to offload operational work. The kind that can easily cost a finance team or growing business a painful amount of resources, like managing international payments and sales tax compliance. This lets you focus on what really matters: building your product and helping your customers.

Content Strategist at Paddle | Building Stand-Out B2B Brands Through Content | B2B SaaS Marketing

Had the privilege of going out to Copenhagen this week for the latest Productique event all about how B2B SaaS companies can use PLG to acquire long-term customers. As expected, Leah Tharin brought the insights and the memes (including the infamous “Gary from sales”) alongside a great panel discussion with Laura Erdem from Dreamdata and Itxaso del Palacio, PhD from Notion Capital. Here are some of the highlights: 💡  Sales and PLG Need to Work Together in B2B SaaS "Growth in B2B without sales is a total lie." While PLG is all about the product driving acquisition, a sales motion is still essential in B2B, especially for complex or high-value deals. PLG and sales should complement each other - use the product to nurture early, and sales to close high-value opportunities. 💡 Unsurprisingly, the complexity of implementing PLG increases as companies scale By Series C, "you need to realign sales incentives, adjust product infrastructure, and change budget allocations." It’s crucial to ensure that all teams - sales, product, marketing - are aligned as complexity increases. 💡 But the main commonality across company sizes is the importance of nailing your packaging. Here are 3 tips: 1️⃣ Showcase differentiators early: Highlight your unique features even in freemium or trial plans. 2️⃣ Keep packaging simple: Stick to 3-4 clear pricing tiers to avoid confusing customers. 3️⃣ Create clear upsell paths: Guide users from lower-tier to higher-tier plans with value-based upgrades. 💡 Copenhagen is beautiful Big thanks Nils Thiemann and Casper Emil Sciuto Rouchmann for the food recommendations. Will definitely be back to try more! And thanks to everyone who helped with the event Paddle Leigh Anne Cooke Sarah W. Radu Bozga Stefania Hau Claire Walker
