A Very Warm Welcome to Emily O., Account Director at Future Factory and New Ambassador to NoTurningBack2020 ´With over five years of experience in the industry, I've worked with a wide range of independent creative agencies. As an Account Director, I lead teams dedicated to outreach, connecting these agencies with their dream brands with the aim of winning exciting new projects. As Head of Culture, I also lead initiatives at Future Factory to foster a vibrant, positive, and inclusive workplace environment´.  And your reason for joining? I became an ambassador because I had no idea this industry existed! As a half-Asian woman from a low-income household in Lewisham, career advice was scarce growing up. After graduating with a law degree, I quickly realized that law wasn't for me. By pure luck and coincidence, I landed a job at Future Factory and fell in love with the working culture, creativity, and personal fulfilment it offers.
