Top 10 Global Broker that works with large, complex clients, often with global programs. Due to expansion they have a £500/600K income portfolio of clients ranging from £30-150K fee in size that requires servicing. They are seeking an experienced, technical Account Handler that is able to build relationships, influence and (with support) operate at C Suit level with sophisticated decision makers. The drive and ambition to step up into an Account Executive position is essential. My client is focused on attracting the highest caliber talent, then giving them the support to develop, step up and progress. They`d rather develop their own Account Executives and know at the end of that process they have a real super star rather than make an appointment purely based upon years served in the role.
