Arbor is a finalist in CIBSE’s Society of Façade Engineering (SFE) Façade 2024 Design and Engineering Awards, “breaking records in the New Build Award category”. Part of Bankside Yards, Arbor is shortlisted in the Project of the Year – New Build category alongside four other projects. Its closed cavity façade system controls solar energy and daylight entry into buildings, ensuring maximum energy efficiency. The floor-to-ceiling 3m high windows flood the interior with natural light to create an optimal environment for productive working. Bankside Yards is reinvigorating London’s South Bank, whilst simultaneously paving the way in the UK through its sustainability initiatives, according to The Edge Malaysia. Mark Campbell, Head of Private Transactions for Native Land, shared his thoughts on how the 5.5 acre development will impact the riverside destination: “This will positively impact the Bankside locality and the wider South Bank area.
