Formed in 2014 by a network of analysts, psychologists, and data scientists that supported some of Britain’s greatest sporting elite - MyPeople specialise in measuring the environmental and psychological factors that affect team success. Assessing data became part of our DNA through our work with GB Cycling, GB Rowing, and England Rugby - since then, we’ve been right behind many successful organisations, building great teams for over 20 years. We’re now on a mission to provide organisations the critical insight needed to support decisions at every point of the employee life cycle, using comparable approaches we used in sport. Our products are used by in-house HR teams, recruitment consultancies and RPO’s to make better choices and ultimately build great teams.     MyPeople Group, a HRTech business specialising in measuring the environmental, behavioural and psychological factors that affect team performance has raised £800,000 in their latest funding round.
