About us
Following the tragic loss of Molly Russell, the Russell family and their friends have successfully registered a charitable foundation in Molly’s memory. We want to help spot those suffering from mental illness and connect them to the help, support and practical advice they need.

Molly Rose Foundation reposted this
It’s been a big first week as CEO of Molly Rose Foundation as we launched major new research setting out significant failings in how social networks moderate suicide and self-harm content. I’m excited and honoured to lead this wonderful organisation as we grow over the coming months (more on that to come), and this week has been a great example of what I want us to achieve: fusing high-quality evidence and innovative insight with the crucial perspectives of those with lived experience. That’s how we’ll tackle preventable harm and support young people to live long and stay strong. The scale of the challenge is considerable, as our new research sets out.
