The beauty market has become increasingly saturated with dupe make-up tools emerging left, right and centre. Real Techniques knew it needed to hold and grow market share to be the UK’s go to make-up tool. 🖌💄 To drive brand awareness and sales, the brand opted for a disruptive campaign reminding consumers that the tool used to apply makeup is just as important as the makeup itself. As part of our ESG agenda, our ESG queens 👑Annabelle Ottaway and Stephanie Lee attended a Carbon Literacy training day through Positive Planet which provided them with a LOT of useful of stats and information around all things carbon and environmental damage. It also provided them with ideas and ways in which to improve carbon impact both at home and at work.🏠🏢 Following the training day they both completed essay style questions along with a pledge as to what we they would implement personally and within MI to significantly reduce our carbon output. We are thrilled that both Annabelle and Steph passed with flying colours and are officially carbon literate!🎖️ We are determined to keep the ESG spirit alive at MI, and through great initiatives we aim to take each and every one of our team along the journey with us.
