We are the first international plant of MEG and produce mineral waters and soft drinks especially for the market in Great Britain. 💧 MEG is part of Schwarz Produktion, a leading producer of high-quality food and sustainable packaging and materials. 🚀 In addition to beverages, the approximately 5,500 employees at Schwarz Produktion produce baked goods, chocolate and dried fruit, ice cream, coffee, pasta and paper. In a unique recycling loop, they recycle disposable PET bottles and turn them into new ones. Schwarz Produktion supplies its products to the Schwarz Group's retail partners, Lidl and Kaufland. We’re finally good to go! 🎉 We recently started beverage production at MEG #Derby and have been supplying Lidl stores across Great Britain since then. 💧 At MEG Derby, the first international production facility of Schwarz Produktion, mineral water and soft drinks are produced especially for the market in Great Britain. Around 380 million bottles are produced here every year on a total of four high-performance lines.
