💡 A very insightful Lunch & Learn session in recognition of Men's Mental Health Awareness Month during November.   💬 The team enjoyed an insightful session by Dr. Nihara Krause MBE (an award-winning Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Founder of stem4) and Shad Ahmed Ahmed (a 9-year ambassador at Stem4) covering various topics on mental health including the importance of identifying initial symptoms, a toolkit to best deal with your wellbeing and how to be supportive towards other people to encourage positive mental wellbeing.   We are always looking for ways to encourage a positive work culture, and having experts in the field of mental health will only allow our colleagues to understand how to develop a great work life balance and maintain positive mental wellbeing.
