Even though it feels repetitive, we’ll keep saying it until it sticks—there’s no solid evidence that crying fixes mental health. Men express emotions in all sorts of ways. Some throw themselves into work, some head to the pub, others have a good rant with a mate. At the end of the day, it’s about feeling heard, not about forcing everyone to cry. Let’s stop pushing this “be more emotional” narrative and start recognising that men process things differently. It’s time to focus on what really matters and address the real issues behind male mental health struggles. #MANUPstigma #MentalHealthMatters #BreakTheSilence #MaleMentalHealth #ItsOkToTalk

Tonight’s the night! Are you joining us to discover why men might be holding back from talking? What parts of society are stopping men from feeling heard? Join George from thetinmen as he delves into eye-opening research, government stats, and more to shed light on how to create spaces where men feel truly listened to.

Whether it’s working on a project, hitting the gym or even just tinkering around, staying active can help keep the dark thoughts at bay.
