    How We Help Law Firms Generate 30 New High-Paying Cases Every Month Step 1: Traffic & Lead Generation You can have the best systems in the world, but if you can’t figure out a way to generate high-quality leads at a cheap CPL, you will not succeed. This is one of the biggest problems most lawyers experience because marketing is not easy, especially with the constant changes in the market. However, if you become good at generating traffic & leads, you can beat your competition. How We Go About Doing It: The process we leverage is paid ads on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. With specific targeting, we are able to get “high-intent” leads and why our partners get higher conversions on the phone. This consists of different offers, sometimes we give away a lead magnet to generate alot of leads to nurture on the backend. Some other times we offer a free consultation/case evaluation call. Or if the lawyer is open to it, performance-based pricing if the case is won. Usually these ads are also connected to a lead form with some qualifying questions. Step 2: Lead Nurturing Generating leads alone is not enough. You need to become good at nurturing and qualifying these leads so they see the value in hopping on a call with you. How We Go About Doing It: As soon as the lead comes in, we have an inbound caller who calls the leads within the first 5 minutes to have a conversation with them. If they don’t pick up, we double-dial 5 more times + send email, SMS & voice mail follow-ups. It’s imperative to follow up because most of the conversion happens during this stage. On this triage call, the inbound caller gets to know more about where they’re at right now, what are they looking for, what happened, etc. If the lead is qualified, we book an appointment between you and them. Step 3: Ensuring Show Up You can be super good at booking tons of qualified appointments, but if no one shows up to the calls with you, you won’t present your offer to anyone. That’s why it’s important to have a follow up system in place to ensure a 75%+ show up rate. How We Go About Doing It: As soon as the inbound caller books a meeting with you, we create a group chat between you and them + also do the following things: Confirm with them on the triage call that they’re good for the call Let them know we’ll share with them some resources (if you have any lead magnets, tools, checklists that could be given away) This ensures the leads get nurtured before the call and pre-sold on working with you. We then send a few follow up messages prior to your appointment with them, such as day before the call, morning before the call and a few minutes before the call.

    Sign An Extra 3-5 Cases Per Month Completely For Free By Sending a Simple Text Message That Will Take You Just 5-Minutes ⇒ Send a personalized follow-up to every prospect you’ve done a consultation with, but did not convert. For alot of law firms when they conduct the consultation (especially with prospects that come from paid marketing channels), the lead will not convert right away on the call. It could be due to: - They want to think about it - They tell you they’ll get back to you - They want to talk to other attorneys - They’re gathering money to pay you - They want to talk to their spouse - They flat-out are not interested in working with you If you don’t convert them on the call right away, it’s your responsibility as a closer to follow up with every prospect with personalized follow ups Here’s how it works: After you’ve done the consultation with them, after 24-48 hours, send them a text message with this template: “Hey NAME, this is NAME. Once again, thank you for coming into the office the other day. By the way, I was thinking about your case [VALUE].” Here’s an example: “Hey NAME, this is NAME. Once again, thank you for coming into the office the other day. By the way, I was thinking about your case and because your case is in front of XYZ judge, you can probably take this type of approach with your defense.” In what format can you provide this value: Written out text Video → my favorite Blog post Personalized Loom Why this works: You will be surprised, but in a lot of cases when you do this, it’s not uncommon for the prospects to immediately call you back and hire you on the spot.     Scaling your law firm and acquiring more cases is extremely simple. It’s all a funnel of 3 steps. First, you have to generate quality leads. Then you have to book appointments with these leads. And lastly, you have to sign them. However, most law firms struggle with the very first step of the funnel - generating quality leads. So how can you generate quality leads that lead to high-paying cases for your law firm? First, you have to be extremely precise with who is your ideal type of a client. Because when you do marketing, you will attract the types of people that match that ideal client type. For example, if you run a PI law firm and need clients that have been in a car crash in the past 30 days, were seriously hurt and seeked medical care - then when you set up your marketing campaigns, these are the criterias you need to keep in mind. Alternatively, if you run a family law firm, then you may want to go after people that earn $50k+ per year in household income, live in your target counties and are serious about going to court. Becoming super clear on our ideal types of clients is one of the biggest reasons why some of our law firm partners are able to sign on $15k - $30k cases for each $1k invested. Such as how we did for another law firm where they signed 5 cases worth $72.5k from just $3,799.67 in marketing spend. Once you are clear on your ideal type of a client, you want to use a marketing method that provides you the most leverage, which is paid advertising. When you build out your marketing campaign, in the ads you want to call out your ideal type of a client. And make it so that anyone who does not fit those criterias, their application gets rejected. So if you’re a PI law firm, in your ads instead of saying “If you’ve been involved in a car crash, please call us at our number”... You want to state who your ideal client is “If you’ve been involved in a car crash in the past 30 days, experienced a severe injury and seeked medical care, then apply here” So given that you’re calling out your ideal types of clients - you can attract more of them because now your messaging resonates with the right people way more. And given the automatic application cancellation - it rejects anyone who is not a good fit. This way you get way more of the right types of people to apply. This does mean that your cost per lead will be higher as you’ll be rejecting unqualified leads, but at the end of the day, what matters the most is whether you can sign these leads into clients. That’s it for now.     I’ve talked to dozens of law firm owners over the last couple of months. Every single one of them had one thing in common - they wanted more cases. And not just any type of cases, but cases with their ideal clients. Most of them were relying on referrals to get a bigger caseload. And many have worked with lead providers where the leads they were given were not closeable. But then you look at many other law firms that are incredibly successful. They are signing several hundreds of cases every month and doing it with an absolute ease. What are they doing differently? The main differentiating factor is that they own their own lead generation infrastructure. This allows them to be in control of every part of the process. Such as who they are targeting, how they are attracting these types of people, what qualification systems they go through, and how by the point they get in touch with an attorney they are qualified and ready to pull the trigger. Instead of paying for leads, they understand the value of owning their own system that they can control. Because how can you expect to scale to several millions if you’re not in control of the most important department of any business - marketing & sales? So with that being said, my biggest advice to you is to stop paying for pay-per-lead services unless it’s working for you. And instead, focus on building your own infrastructure that you have control of. That’s why we focus on building lead generation & sales infrastructures in law firms that they can own forever. Which allows some of our partners to book upwards of 5 qualified appointments per day.     Wanted to share with you something I believe you’ll find valuable as a lawyer. In the last 41 days, one of our partners signed 5 new cases worth $72,500 with $19,000 cash collected from retainers by spending just $3,799.67. That’s an average cost-per-acquisition of $760 for cases that are worth close to $15,000. How have they been able to achieve that while most law firms burn thousands of dollars in marketing and are struggling with signing more cases profitably? There’s many moving parts to it, but the short explanation is that you must have a great lead generation process, great intake process and actually know how to sign people. Alot of law firms get unqualified leads because they don’t understand how to optimize from the data they get or they just work with agencies that don’t know what they’re doing. Furthermore, many law firms are not as urgent with their leads by not calling them on time or following up enough times. This is particularly common for those that are used to getting referrals. If you want to run your law firm off of referrals, that’s fine, but if you want more than that, you have to be more ruthless about your growth. If you’re not urgent with your business, you won’t go anywhere far. Study what other big law firms are doing. Morgan & Morgan reaches out to their leads immediately as they come in. Not only that, they keep trying to get in touch with them every single day for more than a month. I listened to a podcast the other day where both law firms generated 300 leads. One of them didn’t sign a single case. The other one signed 75 cases. When the owner of that law firm was asked a question of how did they do it, he replied: “Every day, we execute a 3 way process. We call them, we SMS then and we leave an email.” Compared to the other law firm that barely reached out to anyone.     When it comes down to you signing on more high-paying cases for your law firm, you must be able to look at your business like a funnel. First, someone needs to optin and ask for more information about your services. Then, someone from your team has to get in touch with them. And lastly, you most probably have to set up some sort of a consultation between an attorney and that new potential client so you can go through the options how you can help them. The problem is that if you have a bottleneck in either of these 3 steps of the funnel, you won’t be successful. If you’re getting unqualified leads, no matter what you do with the sales process you won’t be able to help them. If you get quality leads, but you’re slow with getting in touch with them, they will go to another law firm. If you book appointments, but no one is showing up or you’re not closing anyone, then nothing is going to work. So how do you go about ensuring that each part of your funnel works perfectly? You have to set the right infrastructure in place.     After working with several law firms in different practices of law, such as personal injury, family law, estate planning, criminal law, etc. ㅤㅤ The #1 bottleneck I’ve seen holding most of them back from signing more cases is not lead generation, or their local area or anything else. ㅤㅤ The #1 has most of the time been their intake process. ㅤㅤ As long as the lead is in the area where you can serve them, they are in need of your service, they can pay you, and they qualify on any other basic points. They should be a closeable lead. We identified this problem for one of our clients that does family law, and upon fixing it, we’ve been able to close an additional 1-2 cases per week. However, most law firms lose on tons of high-paying cases every month because these deals slip through their intake process. There even has been a study done where they noticed that as soon as a new lead opts-in, you must call them within 5 minutes. If you don’t, the chances of them getting in touch with you decreases by 100x. So what can you do for your law firm in order to make your intake process truly bulletproof? 1) Hire a team of appointment setters who can call within the first 5 minutes, and besides a monthly salary, pay them a bonus per each qualified show up call booked 2) Have your appointment setters double-dial every qualified lead at least 6 times + leave a few SMS messages 3) Have email & SMS automations that every lead receives when they option #lawfirm #lawyer #familylaw #familylawyer #familylawlawyer #familylawattorney #familylawfirm #familyattorney #personalinjurylawyer #personalinjuryattorney #attorney #lawfirms
