About us
LPS Mayfair is a warm and friendly independent, co-educational school for ages 11-16 in prime central London, offering a dynamic and exciting curriculum with outstanding pastoral care. After GCSEs, students have a seamless transition to LPS Sixth in Victoria. As a smaller school, our community matters and we know every student as an individual, and stretch and support in equal measure. Our broadbased curriculum challenges students to be and do their very best, giving them the confidence and skills they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world. As part of the broader LPS group, comprising LPS Clapham, LPS Sixth and Hybrid @ LPS, we can offer a bigger stage for sport, trips and some other shared experiences. LPS Mayfair is located in a historic, Grade I listed building in Mayfair. LPS Sixth is a short walk from Victoria station. LPS Mayfair hosts Hybrid @LPS - an innovative blend of four days in-home learning and one day in school. LPS Mayfair, Sixth and Hybrid are under the Headship of @AdrianRainbow and the broader group Principal is @SuzieLongstaff. Yesterday evening, I took my Thespian Society to see the award winning musical, Hadestown, at the Lyric Theatre. 🎭 The students from Eaton Square Senior & Sixth (LPS Mayfair & LPS Sixth from Sept 24) were captivated by the musical talent of the performers and the incredible set design! 🎵 ‘To the world we dream about, and the one we live in now.’ 🥀 The Thespian Society is made up of students from all year groups who are passionate about the Arts. I launched this academic society a few years ago at ESS and it is a project that I am very proud. It’s so important to expose our students to different art forms and provide them with the opportunity to egnite their imaginations and broaden their knowledge.

Come and join us for this fabulous evening! The Citizens of the World Choir will perform at Eaton Square Senior School on Thursday 20 June from 6pm. This important event marks World Refugee Day and we are honoured to be hosting it. The Citizens of the World Choir family has 50 members from over 30 different countries. It is a professional musical organisation that advocates for understanding, dignity and kindness through the transformative impact of music and song. The choir has performed at Glastonbury, nearby Buckingham Palace, for the Great British Bake Off and now comes to 106 Piccadilly!
