❓ Did you know that alongside regular continuing professional development, LimeCulture recommends that Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVAs) refresh their core training at least every three years? Our Refresher Programme offers a valuable opportunity for existing ISVAs to brush up their expertise and fosters an environment for networking and sharing reflections, enriching the professional experience. You’ll benefit from updates on critical aspects such as Criminal Justice and Safeguarding, along with sessions on Case Management and Professional Boundaries. The programme also emphasises the importance of self-care and managing vicarious trauma, ensuring you're well equipped to continue your essential work safely. The next two day #NCFE accredited course takes place Monday and Tuesday, 25th & 26th November 2024. Book here: https://lnkd.in/e__dEWfa
