On this #WorldMentalHealthDay, we want to say thank you! To the clinicians on the frontlines of mental health care, thank you for your compassion, expertise, and dedication. You give patients hope, understanding, and a safe space to heal. Your work changes lives every day. Thank you for being there for those who need it most. Today, we honour your work and want to highlight some personal care tips you shared with us on our podcast: 💌 Lizzie Gray reminds us to set boundaries, especially with our inboxes. She’s mindful of her capacity to say 'Yes' to everything and acknowledges that not every email needs an immediate response. ✍️ Daisy Carter emphasises the importance of team support. She leans on her colleagues to manage meeting notes, giving her some much-needed time to recharge between her busy caseloads. 🏃♂️ Dr. Shah Alam loves to stay active with daily runs in his local park and reconnects with his faith through prayer. As a mental healthcare professional, what do you do to prioritise your own mental wellbeing?

The US just announced $240 million in funding to support mental health services in community health centers. There's a particular focus on "communities of color and underserved groups." Did you know that, in a multisite study of 130,000 patients published in Nature Medicine, Limbic's clinical AI for intakes and assessments led to 179% and 40% increases, respectively, in non-binary and Black individuals accessing mental health care?
