Our NPS score of 80 is head and shoulders above the rest!

Passionate about creating inclusive recruitment opportunities

🚀 Did you know? The average Net Promoter Score for candidate feedback in the recruitment industry is a mere 31 out of 100, with +70 being the benchmark for a world-class experience. At level=, we’re immensely proud to have received over 5,000 reviews in just over three years, achieving an exceptional NPS of 80! 🏆That's 8/10 candidates find our service world-class! In an industry where candidate experience often takes a backseat, we consistently rise above the rest. For us, the candidate journey is everything, especially when it comes to creating inclusive hiring practices. 🌍 When candidates feel heard, they’re not just more likely to engage with you again—they’re also more likely to trust the brands you represent. On the flip side, a poor experience doesn’t just tarnish the agency’s reputation—it impacts the brands associated with it as well. Breaking down the barriers many recruiters or hiring managers put up is crucial to attracting and supporting underrepresented candidates. ☎ My tip for candidates applying for jobs when you see a statement like, "If you don't hear from us in 10 days on job adverts, consider your application unsuccessful," don’t sit back. Take action! Call the agency or organisation, find out who’s handling the role, get their email, and ask when you can expect feedback on your application. Don’t let recruiters or employers create a wall of silence! 🔍 What do you think is the key to creating a world-class candidate experience?

Leading a campaign to ensure fairness in recruitment processes to increase diversity and inclusion in sports organisations

👇🏻These ... 🗣️ "It's been years since I applied for a job but I found this process refreshingly easy. In contrast to the normal 'sifting' of CV's and 'essential' Degree qualifications or equivalent requirements, this seems like a much fairer way of assessing the true potential of a candidate." 🗣️ "It was nice to answer real-life scenario questions versus trying to sell yourself with experience. This is a good way to chose the right candidate for you based on skillset." 🗣️ "Process is simple and transparent, a hugely improved candidate experience when compared to other options." ❣️ Our level of fairness is evident in the outstanding 9/10 average candidate experience rating from over 5,000 individuals ... 🤝 Connect with me today if you want to know more! level= Francis Kelly Miles Lloyd Lorraine Peckham Nives Feely Phil Wareham Piers Martin Uma Cresswell Monique Choudhuri MA, Chart MCIPD Joanne Lockwood ғʀsᴀ ғᴘsᴀ ғɪᴇᴅᴘ Jamie Hooper Dr. Daniel Parnell Jordan Gardner Adam Blaze #sportforall #fairness #debiased #diversityandinclusion #sportsrecruitment

Passionate about creating inclusive recruitment opportunities

🎾 Every year, Wimbledon holds for me a moment of reflection and remembrance. In 1985, my dad, a deaf man without a CV, applied and successfully secured a role at Wimbledon (AELTC). He worked there for over 20 years, showing us that your background, disability, and struggles in life should not get in the way of who you want to be. 🚧 Unfortunately, if my dad were alive today as a 45-year-old deaf man with limited education and no CV, would he be faced with more barriers now than back then? I am afraid so. 💰 Why is this? Increased reliance on technology, higher competition due to globalisation, credential inflation, societal attitudes, and economic pressures all contribute. Automated hiring systems and standardised expectations can overlook non-traditional candidates. Unconscious bias and cost concerns further add to the challenge. Today’s recruitment processes rely heavily on CVs and automated systems that may overlook the potential of individuals who don’t fit the conventional mould. We need to do better. If you're stuck using a process of picking talent based on a piece of paper, then you're part of the problem. 📊 McKinsey reports have highlighted that traditional resumes and CVs are not the most effective predictors of job performance. Instead, they emphasise the importance of skills-based hiring, which has proven to be more predictive of job success. Hiring based on skills is shown to be five times more predictive of job performance than hiring based on education and more than twice as predictive as hiring based on work experience. Below is a picture of his photo IDs and a picture of his retirement day in 2005. Sadly, my dad, Michael Kelly, passed away in 2020 at the age of 80 with Alzheimer's. 💼 Would you offer a deaf man without a CV a job today if they had the skills required? If you’re interested in a fair recruitment process that naturally promotes diversity, we have developed an approach that treats everyone equally and hires based on skills and potential. This initiative at level= was inspired by my dad's legacy. #disabilityinclusion #diversity #wimbeldon
