SUB6 are World Record Breakers 🔥 The Race Across America sits at the pinnacle of ultra endurance sport, spanning 3,064 miles across the entirecontinent, with 130,696 feet of elevation gain. Le Col athletes Colin O'Brady and Lucas Clarke have broken the previous Race Across America (RAAM) pairs world record of 6 days and 11 hours. In 2024, Le Col athletes Colin O'Brady and Lucas Clarke aim breakthe current world record of 6 days and 11 hours by covering the entire distance in less than 6 days. To break a world record every saving counts. With that in mind, in April we got Colin and Lucas in the wind-tunnel alongside a world-leading aerodynamicist to test and equip both riders with our fastest performance apparel and refine their setup down to the very last detail. The achievement was as much as an 8-10% saving over the full race distance. Next up from SUB6? Training camp in Texas. Team CAMS tackled Mallorca 312 last weekend alongside an estimated 8,000 cyclists. The grueling race features over 5,000m of climbing across the spectacular 312km route. 🚵♂️ 🚵♀️ The team proudly sported their new red Le Col CAMS jerseys. The fantastic cycling content creator, Amy Hudson, and CAMS Ambassador, Ed Clancy OBE, were with the team throughout the weekend both impressively completing the 312km course.
