Laurence Simons was originally founded to serve the #PrivatePractice search market, but quickly expanded its services into #InHouse executive legal search and built a reputation for placing #GeneralCounsel and #HeadsOfCompliance including first legal and compliance hires, around the world, which we continue to do to this day.   Our knowledge:  What you might not know, yet, is how our more than 36 years of service to the in-house and private practice markets is now being applied to #PrivateEquity providing PE firms with advice on how to build their legal team structures, titles, career paths, and compensation, and how this benchmarks with their competition.
