A fantastic (& busy!) day out at the National Landlord Investment Show in London earlier this week. 4 key takeaways from us from the day: - Plenty of attendees had property in both the South and North of England. Something we expected but was nice to see this borne out on the day - and made our attendance more than worthwhile. 🏡 - Much of the talk on the day amongst attendees and in seminars was focused on the 2025 budget and potential impacts for the industry. We'll share more on this next week as it's clearly a key topic of discussion. 📢 - Face to face conversation, especially in the property/property management industry holds as much value as it ever has done. 🗣 - Lastly, Birmingham is not 'The North' and perhaps there is still work to be done to educate people from The South on this. 😆 Thanks to the organisers for hosting a great event at a beautiful venue.
