As a Registration Officer, you will carry out key administrative tasks that keep HM Land Registry running effectively. Working as part of a close-knit team, in this vital role you will process casework to maintain and update the Land Register for England and Wales. From processing and discharging mortgages and transferring the ownership of land to answering customer queries, you will carry out important work that has real effect on lives and businesses across England and Wales. With a starting salary of £24,564 per annum, you will also get a Civil Service Pension with an employer contribution of 28.97% and receive fantastic training to make you an expert in your field.     PROPERTY NEWS: The July UK House Price Index data shows, on average, house prices rose 0.6% between June 2024 and July 2024. There has been an annual price rise of 2.2%, which makes the average property in the UK valued at £289,000. England shows an annual price rise of 1.6% which takes the average property value to £306,000. London shows an annual price fall of 0.4% which takes the average property value to £521,000.
