Despite this, our recent analysis revealed that less than a third of Partners across Vault's 2023 Best Consulting Firms (within Life Sciences) were women.   Which leads us to ask: Why do firms still struggle to achieve gender parity at the Partner level?   We engaged in thought-provoking and insightful conversations with some of the industry’s most successful female Partners, discussing their journeys to leadership in consulting.   Our report highlights some of the hurdles women often face in their path to Partner and offers interventions aimed at both the individual and organisational level.
