We are the leading home builder for first time buyers, providing high quality, affordable homes throughout the UK. We are actively investigating innovative new techniques, such as off-site construction, to help us build more of the homes people need, with greater speed. In the next 12 months, we plan to deliver over 4,000 new quality homes across the UK. Two thirds of these are for first time buyers at an average sale price of £150,000. We also deliver quality homes for Registered Providers for affordable rent and the Private Rental Sector for market rent.

    Last month, our Valuing Difference calendar of events focused on collaboration and support. We wanted to show these values by joining the Macmillan Coffee Morning, the world's biggest fundraising event for people facing cancer. We celebrated the coffee morning across the business on Monday 30th September, with central and regional teams and departments hosting their own events. We had some tasty cakes and treats, and some fun and meaningful conversations. We also learned more about how Macmillan supports people affected by cancer, and how our donations can help. We are thrilled to announce that we raised £700 online and collected even more in cash donations for Macmillan, thanks to our people's generosity and enthusiasm.
