We're delighted to announce that our Scotland team have successfully secured planning approval for a development of 332 new homes in Stoneyburn, West Lothian on 40 acres of land. This development will showcase Keepmoat’s multi-tenure partnership model as the region will deliver much needed affordable housing, whilst delivering a range of energy efficient high quality new homes from our new product range for private sale. Our objective is to transform the area by creating large open spaces, together with enhancing cycling and pedestrian links to the wider area. Team Spirit in Action! 🏔️ Members of the Keepmoat Yorkshire West team took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge on Saturday, 19th October, in support of Kidzaware. Kidzaware ensures that all children and adults with disabilities have the opportunities to achieve their aspirations in life. The team came together from various functions to achieve a common goal. They walked an impressive 24 miles (40 km) in 11 hours, conquering Pen-y-ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres), and Ingleborough (723 metres). So far, they’ve raised over £2,000, and donations are still welcome until Friday, 1st November 2024. Zain, Technical Trainee will be accompanied by his Line Manager and his mother. Tyler, who has made significant progress in his career and personal life, recently completed his bricklaying apprenticeship and was promoted to Apprentice Site Manager. Our East Midlands team are delighted to share that our Gedling Green development in Nottingham has been shortlisted for the RTPI National Awards, following the success in winning its region. Gedling Green makes up one of four projects in the ‘Small Schemes Under 50 Homes’ category with the ceremony due to take place on the 26th November in London.
