About us
JKS Restaurants was founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi in November 2008, receiving critical acclaim and industry recognition since its inception, which currently includes 7 Michelin stars and 3 Michelin Bib Gourmands. We currently operate 24 restaurants, 2 pubs and 1 bar in London, as well as across the Middle East. Our philosophy is based on an attitude of restless innovation, boundary-pushing and spontaneity. Our goal is to foster a culture of culinary obsession, genuine hospitality, entrepreneurial spirit and family values across the group.

Last weekend, James Knappett, Co-Founder of Kitchen Table, walked 32 miles in the Pier-2-Pier Walk for the Just George Foundation. In total, he raised £4,500 for vital research into rhabdomyosarcoma, in memory of George. This project has been incredibly close to James and Sandia’s hearts. Kitchen Table will be continuing to support the foundation and its incredible work.

We are extremely proud to announce that Trishna's own Razvan Dumitrescu has been included in Harpers Wine & Spirit Magazine Top 50 Sommeliers 2024. Commended in particular for ‘meet[ing] the challenge of Trishna’s excellent Indian coastal cuisine’ with ‘a good by-the-glass section to help ease this along’, Razvan has been recognised for his approach in delivering an exceptional all-round drinks experience. An important part of the team for the past ten years, Razvan has also been integral to Trishna retaining their Michelin star since 2012. Each year we take our apprentices to GROW as part of their sustainability training. GROW are an agroecological farm and learning hub in Barnet, North London. With a firm belief in the right to a sustainable way of life for all, they deliver food growing and outdoor learning programmes for children, young people, and families who experience barriers to learning, healthy living and employment. Farms are the starting point of where our food comes from and are an integral piece of the sustainability puzzle for restaurants. Our visit touched on seasonality, how flavours change as a plant matures and the importance of nature-friendly farming. Understanding food systems is integral to working in hospitality, and we’re pleased to be inspiring the next generation through working with GROW.
