Members of Maldon District Council resolved to grant permission (subject to completion of the Section 106 legal agreement) on 4 September.   The 3.32 hectare site, which forms part of the development known as ‘Corinthian Place’, is located off Endeavour Way and has a strategic allocation for residential and employment uses.   The scheme will deliver 63 homes of which 25 are affordable housing (6 shared ownership and 19 for social rent). The development will provide a mix of detached and semi-detached homes, including seven bungalows.   The development marks the final substantive phase of the scheme which will comprise 310 homes and 0.65 hectares of allotments. The scheme will also provide associated infrastructure and will be set in attractive greens spaces and also featuring significant habitat and ecological improvements.   Throughout the planning process, Lanpro has worked closely with the project team and Maldon District Council to ensure the proposals align with the needs of the local community.   𝗧𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗶𝗸𝗲, 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗽𝗿𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱,“We are delighted to have achieved this resolution to grant planning consent on behalf of Barratt David Wilson.
