About us

IAG Loyalty is part of International Airlines Group (IAG). We were founded as Airmiles in 1988 and became Avios in 2011, now we’re IAGL and we have over 30 years’ experience in loyalty. We manage the British Airways Executive Club, Iberia Plus, Vueling Club, and the Aer Lingus AerClub, and we have an impressive range of retail, travel and financial services partners of the Avios currency. We’re loyalty pioneers creating the world’s most rewarding experiences. That’s our vision. We help people to enjoy incredible experiences by collecting and redeeming the iconic Avios currency. We design customer loyalty programmes, build loyalty management tools, provide loyalty tech solutions, and produce invaluable data and customer insights to turn customer loyalty into a powerful tool for maximising a brand power and scale.     We know loyalty is a key driver of business success.     Following the launch of our partnership with Finnair earlier this year, we're thrilled to share that starting today members can now link their Finnair Plus and Executive Club accounts and reap all the benefits that brings. Members can follow the easy instructions by logging into their Finnair Plus account at finnair.com, or their Executive Club account here https://lnkd.in/e8pj-Mx3 and seamlessly transfer their Avios between both loyalty programme accounts. As part of the move, members will be able to transfer Avios as often as they wish, up to any value. Meaning members holding Avios on their British Airways Executive Club account can transfer them over and use them to upgrade their travel class on a Finnair flight, for example. They also now have increased opportunities to collect and use Avios, with access to both Finnair Plus awards and partners, but also to those of the British Airways Executive Club. Members can also easily collect Avios when flying with either airline, redeem them on flights, or simply use them when shopping, eating, or booking experiences with both Finnair and British Airways’ partners.     Here at IAG Loyalty, we put the customer at the heart of our decision-making. There are many ways we like to do this...💡 🌠 One of them is the awesome "Insight At Night" events, run by our UX team (shout out to Bonnie for being a driving force behind it!). These events are a fantastic way to connect with British Airways Exec Club members to hear their thoughts and feedback. We can't wait to learn more at next month's sold-out event! 📊 Another cool thing we use is our quarterly customer trend report. Our Proposition team bring the latest travel and loyalty insights to life in an easy-to-read report that every single teammate can use to shape their work. Just yesterday, during our weekly meetup, Alanah (one of our recent Club newbies!) shared some fascinating insights on generational differences in loyalty, #sustainability, cookie policies, and more! Super interesting stuff as always and lots to take away for our next Sprints! #LifeAtLoyalty #CustomerAppreciationDay
