Here’s what to expect: 🔹 Companies with over 250 employees are asked to disclose pay ranges in job ads, offering candidates transparency from day one. 🔹 Companies with over 250 employees will need to report on gender pay gaps starting in 2026, making a commitment to address any disparities. Smaller companies with 150-249 employees will have to follow in 2027, and those with 100-149 in 2028. 🔹 Employees can request to gain access to pay data for insight into equity across the company.
