“I always thought the hospices were very stark and cold and it's warm and loving and caring and friendly here.” Hospice care is about more than medical support—it's about letting people focus on living, right until the end. For Ellie, the beautiful garden at The Shooting Star Children's Hospice was her sanctuary, offering a place to relax, express her creativity, and make memories with her family. Thank you to the National Garden Scheme for all you do to support hospice care. 📺👇 Watch Ellie’s story and see how gardens are making a difference.
