    Interiors Customer Services – French speaker Holland & Sherry Limited is a luxury cloth merchant, operating in over 70 international markets. We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our busy team based in the Scottish Borders town of Peebles.  We are looking for a highly motivated individual able to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate the following:  •Fluent in French - written and spoken. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete tasks to a high standard.  • Ensuring all information is accurately recorded on to the internal order system.  • Building and maintaining knowledge of available products and bespoke services.  •Positive, confident and professional attitude.  •High degree of self-motivation and ambition.  •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  •Sound IT skills and aptitude.  •Customer service and team focused. The Role:  Servicing our International showrooms and Interior Design markets, the successful candidate will:  • Place purchase orders and stock enquiries.  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to prioritise and expedite delivery of goods ordered.  • Respond to queries from sales and customer service teams.  • Check invoices received and report any differences.  • System administration for the team.     Apparel - Junior Textile Designer, Woven Apparel Holland & Sherry Limited is a luxury cloth merchant, operating in over 70 international markets. We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Textile Designer to join our busy team based in the Scottish Borders town of Peebles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woven textile design, with a focus on creating unique, innovative, and trend-forward fabrics and patterns for the apparel market. You will be responsible for developing textile patterns, colours, and fabric designs that align with the brand's identity and market demands. The role requires excellent design skills, knowledge of textiles, and an ability to translate trends into commercially viable designs for both suit and jacketing fabrics. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate the following: •Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design. •2+ years of experience in woven apparel textile design. •Proficiency in Scotweave and other textile design software. •Strong understanding of fabric construction and cloth setts for woven fabrics. •Strong understanding of the textile manufacturing process for woven fabrics. •Excellent use of colour, pattern design ability, and attention to detail. •Knowledge of textile industry trends, sustainability practices, and market demands. •Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. •Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. •Familiarity with global sourcing and working with textile manufacturers. •Knowledge of sustainable textile innovations. •Would be prepared to travel when required.
