Role & Company Information
-Detailed job description covering what’s compelling about the role and about Savi, what characteristics we’re looking for, and what the major responsibilities are
-Salary range, working location, and benefits info are all provided in the job description
Interview Process
-You’ll be sent a candidate pack covering the overall process and providing key info about the company and product, so you’re starting out informed
-You’ll talk to each of the three founders, covering specific areas and questions relevant to the role and the company
-Questions will be provided in advance so you have time to prepare
-Behavioural interviewing is used to enable you to tell your story and share relevant experiences
-We’ll do a final in person meeting so we all have as much info as possible to make a great decision
Decision Making
-We’ll make a decision as quickly as possible, usually within one week
-We’ll start with our best offer. We want to be on the same side from the start, but if there’s something else you need to feel valued, tell us! We’ll do our best to make it happen
